I gave a talk to VoxDev on March 12, 2026 on AI agents for economics research. I aimed to make the talk accessible to a broad audience, motivating AI with clear use cases, and gave practical tips for economists to refactor and clean up their old project folders.

Codex Desktop App Full Course (4 Hours)

This is a full introduction from zero to Codex, focusing on the desktop app. In my opinion, Codex is the best agentic coding model and the desktop app is the best interface.

This course focuses primarily on the terminal interface, whereas I now mostly recommend the Desktop app. The core instructional materials remain sound.
